Herbert H. Decker was born February 25, 1910, in Warwick, Orange County, New York. He was a son of Lydia Mayo and Charles Decker. The name of his wife was Ruth and he lived at 242 North Franklin Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at the time of his death, which occurred on May 23, 1964. He was buried in North Hadeston Cemetery in Hardeston, New Jersey. Photos of the family are available here.
