Mary Crowell was born in 1653 in Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. She married Joshua Allen in 1672. He died in 1699 and she remarried to William Moore (1650-1729). She died on September 18, 1727, aged 73 or 74 years, and is buried in Windham Center Cemetery in Windham, Windham County, Connecticut.
