EASTER MORNING

Also called "After Argument" or "Easter Sunday", Norman Rockwell painted this for the Saturday Evening Post Cover for May 16, 1959. The view outside the picture window is the same view Rockwell had from his studio in Stockbridge and his daughter-in-law posed as the mother for the painting, although she was much too young to fit the role.
