Historical Sketches of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania

Montgomery County, locally called "Montco" Pennsylvania, was formed in 1784. It is located in the Delaware Valley and borders the Lehigh Valley. It was originally part of the Welsh Tract settled by Quakers from Wales.
