Uriah Jacobs (1754-1841)

Uriah Jacobs was born on August 27, 1754, in Crompond, Westchester County, New York. He was a soldier of the American Revolution and soon after the war ended, in 1781, he married to Elizabeth Ruff. He died on November 2, 1841, at the age of 87, in Candor, Tioga County, New York and is buried in Baptist Corners Cemetery in Spencer, Tioga County, New York.
