Biography
Mary Dugan was born on December 17, 1816, in Pennsylvania, the daughter of Daniel and Catherine Dugan. She married Jacob Shaner and sometime after his 1856 death, she married William Starr. She died on November 29, 1900, in Pennsylvania. She was 83 years old. She rests at Fairview United Methodist Church Cemetery in Lairdsville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, where Jacob Shaner is also buried.
