THE JOCKEY
Norman Rockwell painted this jockey weighing in for the cover of the Saturday Evening Post, June 28, 1958 edition. Also called "Weighing In". The jockey, Eddie Arcaro, is on the scale being weighed by the track steward. It is the behind-the-scenes routine at racetracks that Rockwell gives us a glimpse of here.
