Tues., 4/1 Not fooled once. Worked really hard today. Had a caller in afternoon and then went walking. Oh I am so tired. I had much rather enjoyed a good sleep. Spent the evening sewing and enjoyed the family conversation. Each time we are all together it makes a bright mark in my memory.
Wed., 4/2 Down and out today. Rose helped with the biggest part of work while I finished Ruth’s dress. Spent the evening quietly wondering if I should be in the right to go in for a life profession by training in hospital. It would mean that the children must sacrifice their little sister mother. I shall wait and leave it in better hands for I know I will be guided right.
