Resources for tracing your Family Tree and Ancestry

Census Records
HeritageQuest

Search and view census records from 1790-1940 free of charge, antique books containing family and local history books, and my favorite - Revolutionary War Pension Records. Read actual copies of the soldier's experiences, and gain valuable insight to his life (and sometimes details about his wife and children, if any). HeritageQuest requires membership but the serial number from your library card may allow you access. If not, check your local (town and/or county) library's website or librarian to find out if you can access this resource online. It may only be accessible on site (at the library).
