Vital Records of Marlborough, Massachusetts to 1849

Marlborough, Middlesex County, was established as a plantation in 1660. A tract of land called Agaganquamasset was annexed to it in 1716. The part called Chauncy was established as Westborough in 1717, and another part became Southborough in 1727. Another part was annexed to Berlin in 1784 and part of Framingham was annexed to Marlborough in 1791. Part of Marlborough was annexed to Northborough in 1807, and to Bolton in 1829. Finally, a part of Southborough was annexed in 1843. (Vital Records of Marlborough, Massachusetts to 1849)
