Albert Strong on the 1890 Veterans Census

According to the 1890 Veterans Census, Albert Strong enlisted on Sept. 30, 1864, and served as a private in Company E, Third Pennsylvania Artillery for 8-1/2 months. He was discharged on June 15, 1865. When the census was taken, he was counted in Bradford County, Pennsylvania as follows:
