George D. Decker was born on the 23rd of November, 1932, in Middletown, Orange County, New York. He was a construction worker and avid fisherman. He married a woman by the name of Rosemary, and together they had five known children. He died from cancer at the age of 72, on the 13th of October, 2005, in Ridgewood, New Jersey. He was survived by his wife and children: George P. Decker of Warwick, Steven Decker of Bellvale, Robert Decker of Holland, Mass., Mrs. Doris Hammond of West Boyleston, Mass., and Theresa Decker of Florida, New York. He was pre-deceased by his brother, Norman.
